My fascination with quails eggs...

Tonight, I was looking for something different and spotted 12 tiny quails eggs already hard boiled, peeled and packaged with a tiny silver foiled bag of celery salt. Okay, I admit they're seen as a bit of a delicacy and not what I'd usually pick up in the supermarket but they are truly delicious. Yum... !
