Woo hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo there is some justice in this world! Mr Very Nice Council Tax Man just appeared and has reduced my council tax banding! Very glad about that ;-) After all, I have no garden, no garage, no conservatory, not even a window box with a few weeds. Made him smile when I signed the agreement and suggested he could perhaps even change his very squiggly letter to an 'A'... he just laughed at my optimism and chuckled his way out of my front door. What a nice man x
