Oh how could a girl resist?! Good looking, charming, intelligent, fit, good looking (did I say that already) and hot doesn't even come close to describe his... cooking, of course! The good news is that James Martin is officially a dish. The kind you might want 'for one'. Over six foot tall, this guy is not a plate for sharing. Cheltenham town hall was packed for this Literary Festival 'chat with James' and he was every bit as charming as he looks! He swooned his way through the interview, chatted easily about his life in Yorkshire and how he became so interested and passionate about food. He's not afraid to cook with butter, didn't get on the health kick band waggon and just entertained us with his anecdotes and some simple recipes. Pity he wasn't up for auction, he could come and cook for me any day!
