Saturday night is cocktail night... !

 What tastes totally tropical and turns your tongue blue? The answer is, one of my friend's very alcoholic cocktails! Saturday night was the rerun of our Christmas cocktail evening - the one that was cancelled due to the snow. We dined on chicken casserole, ate my bakewell tarts, drank some very interesting and unusual cocktails and had fun with friends. Cheryl bought a fabulous raspberry, almond and white chocolate dessert which looked suspiciously like one baked my Mr Waitrose!

Derek and Jan announced their engagement and I managed to wake up on Sunday morning without the least sign of a hangover. A top night!
