Today's been a great day! I felt better and Rich, Jess and Lisa came over for Sunday dinner. Although I say it myself, my roast pork was absolutely delicious. My sister gave me the tip off so it's destined to become a secret family recipe now. Perfect crackling is an art and I'm an artist :) I made the mistake of having a burger at the mill royal wedding street party on Friday night - what may seem innocent to many was pretty toxic for me. I forgot.. burgers can contain breadcrumbs.. doh! 48 hours later and I'm starting to feel like my happy self again :-)
