Lucinda Belle

Lucinda the harpist
The harp is one of the most difficult instruments to master and yet, Lucinda Belle, at 36, makes it looks easy. She has oodles of charm, sex appeal and musically, she's a genius. I just loved her performance at the Jazz Festival late Sunday afternoon. She fully deserves her £1.25 Universal record deal and I wish her well. She is truly unique. Her lyrics are heartfelt, her voice delightful yet powerful too. She played the harp beautifully and you just had to be there to enjoy the subtle harmonies, the Latin-style jazz and her beautiful voice. She's not alone on stage, she has her Orchestra who also deserve their place in the limelight. They sang, played and supported her in an easy, fun way and I could tell that everyone in the audience thoroughly enjoyed the entire performance. Some tunes were light and fun, other's like orchestral film scores, she was brilliant to watch and not a note out of tune. I'd go to see her anytime because she was entertaining and a joy to watch :) Her cover of Lady Gaga's telephone is lovely and much easier on the eye! XX XX
